I feel like rank doesnt mean anything anymore

Last season I was platnum and it seemed like 20% of the players boosted to get there. This season Im climbing from silver 5 to gold 2. Im practicly almost in platnum but I feel like theres no difference from these players to bronze players. There are no plays being made and if there are there is no follow up from teammates. Grouping is an impossible task. Im in gold 2. Wtf is this. Seriously rank means nothing. Im lightyears ahead of my teammates every single game. "If you belong higher you will get there" Fine I get that. But I dont even want to play with these morons. They are dumbing me down.

Thats how i felt last season... Season 5 though i had really good games in gold 2/1 though my mmr was plat 3 when i played, the games felt rly close and intense whereas last year it was which team had 1-2 players that cant position late game and just get caught till the game ends after 20 mins.

I just had 4 games in a row that were just pure stomps that were surrendered at 20 minutes, 3 were my team getting stomped and one was the enemy team getting stomped. The game on the whole is losing fun. Most games one side gets a few early kills and they just keep going and win the game. You have so little control you almost feel like a spectator. I get into games these days, I'm not thinking about how to win anymore. I treat it like gambling and hope I hit the jackpot and get the team that gets fed.

I feel like a robot playing this game. There is no different play styles or anything you pretty much do the same thing consistantly every game. Everything done in the game is like clockwork. Ward bush, kill drag, push lane, 4 man gank bot lane, ect
