Anyone finding the counterplay to Nunu as an immobile champion a little... low?

Seems near impossible to dodge his snowball, especially if he's running Predator or Ghost or some other ms increase. Even if you dodge it, the turning radius is so small that you gotta play ring around the rosie with him for a second, all while the laner is messing you up too.

On top of that, the damage on this is a bit nutty, even building full tank, which really doesn't make sense to me since it also leads into the rest of his kit including an unavoidable snare in most cases and post-6 his ult as well if you have no CC.

Warding doesn't help, cuz you can't ward the enemy turret. Seems like if you don't have flash you're pretty screwed if you're also immobile.

That's kind of the case for every move in the game, no offense. If I pop Predator or Ghost, you bet your sweet bippy I'm going to run you down with little chance to escape.

I personally don't think the damage is that badly, I think they should just reduce the possible length of the snowball's attack.

I have. I know people usually exaggerate when they say "x champion oneshot me" but this is a legitimate case of oneshots lmao.

MR really helps though. And in order to get that huge damage, nunu needs a full channel.

I mean there are lots of skills in the game where low mobility champions get the short stick

it depends there is certainly counterplay. i don't think he is "unstoppable" like Sion ulti

and unless he is already turning in that direction going around a corner will normally stop him from landing the snowball on you.

i will say he does require much more deep wards than most other opposing junglers do.

but as it is right now (i have only faced him once and not yet played him) i would need to gather more data before i make a final decision.

however, as of right now i don't feel he is anywhere near as bad as some of the current champs we have, like Irelia .

who needed to be nerfed this patch patch not buffed
