Yet another champion with zero counters. If you don't believe me, you can check champion.gg. He has at least a 50% win rate against almost everyone (Miss fortune and Draven are at 49%, whoopdy do). Instead of nerfing Lucian, who is completely healthy in his current state, let's nerf someone who's actually a problem.

newbin2 voteswhat are you smoking? his escape takes 3 seconds and is also what he uses to engage with a moderate cool down. CC once him and he is toast. He is like kog he needs babysitting early and in team fights.

Also, if you nerfed Twitch's damage, what does he bring to the game to make him usefull if he is not able to burst people out of stealth? Might as well pick some other ADC that is safer with escapes, hard cc, longer auto range, and/or disengage (i.e. Lucian, Ezreal, Ashe, Caitylin, Jhin).
