Lots of new nerfs and buffs this new patch, but nothing done to Darius?

Why is this? Granted I know that Darius isn't too bad if you can stop him early game, but if he gets ahead he becomes and hulking unstoppable beast that no one can seem to kill.

I know that Late-game carries and Hyper-carries are offical roles recognized by league, but I doubt that "stomp this guys face in early game or you're all f*%ked" is supposed to be the special "je ne sais qois" that Darius brings to the game.

He apparently has the title of number 1 most banned champion, and Riot hasn't done anything to fix that? Here is what I'm thinking, any one (and only one, two or more would be overkill imo) of these nerfs I feel would serve correctly to put him in the right place

Remove the DOT aspect of his passive. He still inflicts stacks of hemorrhage, and gets all the bonus's that hemorrhage comes with, hemorhage will just no longer apply a bleed effect. It feels really unfair when you are finally able to kill Darius, or escape him during his combo with flash, only to die because of a DOT effect that Darius doesn't really need, nor really use that often. I mean yeah, it gets Darius a kill or two, but how often has someone died to Darius's bleed alone? It's kinda rare, mostly you die from his combo or just from getting dunked on

Remove his slow. It's kinda ridiculous that you can dash away, get pulled back by his apprehend, and then flash away or otherwise try to get away, but can't, because you are so freaking slow. Maybe replace it with armor shred?

Remove his heal from his Q. This one is my favorite pick of the three. It is what directly relates to his ability to 1v5 people. If he obtains even the smallest of leads, someone has to get a grevious wounds passive in order to counter his constant healing that scales off of champions hit, so more often then not trying to gang up on him is fruitless, cause he just heals more.

Limit his heal on his Q to heal from only one champion hit. This will still allow him to be oppressive in lane, but make it easier to gang up on him

Darius, as he is now, is on the weak side of balanced.

Yes, he's still terribly unfun to play against, but it's at least possible to win against him nowadays.

But wouldn't it be nice to NOT want to pull your eyes out and eat them every time Darius kills you?
