It seemed to me like the new Irelia had the potential to be a pretty decent jungler with her Q resets and passive, but if they are cutting her damage in half against monsters for her E it seems like she won't be able to. Seems like Riot doesn't want her to be jungling with this change and I'm not sure exactly why. Doesn't seem like it would be a bad thing she could do top and jungle.

It looks they're making her E deal 50 % damage to monsters instead of 100 %. Wouldn't say it's an extra amount of damage.
