if you pick teemo to be ranged top lane cancer, go vayne or gnar. if you pick him to be a dick go singed instead.

Well if you strictly play teemo then I'm assuming you dont fw champions with any mechanics (no bm), so I recommend garen or darius. They both stomp any solo q game fairly easily

if you only play teemo, there is always Quinn (who is also an assassin/marksman hybrid)

I already pick Quinn secondary but my winrate with her is dropping and she seems even worse than teemo against tank comps

Try playing your Panth, both Teemo and Panth are huge lane bullies so try out Panth some more.

Yup I can I'm just worried about matchups and playing melee because I don't have a lot of experience on Pantheon, only a dozen or so games in Normals
