Gonna blow post-rework Malzahar players' minds

or just bad pre-rework players.

Malzahar could always block spells, when played well enough. Voidlings spawned in which ever direction the final spell was cast. Meaning it was possible to pause at max stacks, and time a spell as to let the voidling intercept single target spells. I blocked more blitz hooks, morg bindings, and thresh hooks than i can count.

A awesome tip, but their minds aren't blown since they now have a way to do it with little effort.

This is true, but was rarely fully utilized due to the need to have 3 spells used before spawning one.

The point was that unless you actually can see the future, you would rarely be ready. Early game your mana costs are too high to use spells preparing. Late game you only get a chance during the first engage, since it took really long to get a fourth spell ready.

There would be times when you would be in the right situation to utilize it sure, but it wasn't nearly as reliable as it is now.

So can shaco boxes

Which is great when fighting champions reliant on a single-target skillshot to win fights
