the current galio is weaker than the galio before the buff = huge nerf

He's much weaker IF you build him full tank. He is no longer able to output the sheer amount of damage he was able to for just building tank items. Do I think it's a bit BS that he loses his percent health damage until he actually builds up to 100 AP? A little bit, I think they could have gone in other directions besides basically forcing the player to build damage or do none, especially when there are other tanks that don't have to build any damage but still do amazing amounts of it (Sion, Sej, Gragas, Ornn). Although there ARE reasons why they do so much damage without items, but that's a consequence of their design.

He's still getting banned because he was nerfed in a hotfix. Riot doesn't give any indication for hotfixes.
