I don't understand how a centaur can't trample those stupid minions in his way but FIZZ BETTER LOSE IT TOO.

Because they aren't removing it. They are just moving it to a be part of an ability when it's active as opposed to a passive

It wasn't taken away it was moved my guess it was taken away to weaken lane hec. As far as your fizz point I agree I think he need a new meaningful passive in general

Hecarim is going to be an awful top laner again. That's the main reason he was good is because he could go in and out of the wall of minions, and poke with long trades, now when he's trying to get in to poke the enemy champion he'll have to walk around a huge wall that shouldn't exist.
