Player leaves my game for 20 minutes, and then comes back at the end, we lose, I lose LP for this

Why, why can't there be a vote by both teams to end a game on a terms of AFK, where the losing team loses no LP except for the person that AFKd, and the winning team gets 5 LP for there time in the game, so they don't feel like it was a waste, and yes, the AFK is after the 3 minute mark, so no, you can't remake.

The game would be too easily abused with a system like that. I get the frustration, but Riot already punished leavers. Leaver buster gives them a 20 min wait periods and even when they've waited the 20 min they're partnered up with leavers.

They have this for 5 games.
