Is shyvana pick or ban or just a strong champion

Shyvana is one of, if not the best jungler In the game at all matchmaking levels. Im a long time shyvana main and you can even say I'm a one trick and Ive never seen her banned so much. The first game I get today, she's banned. Second game, I get my secondary role which is top where I just play the likes of yorick and tryndamere and she gets banned. I get her and I decimate but we lost because of a fed kalista and we had baron stolen and it was one we should've gotten. Riot hasn't done anything about her. Sure mallet got nerfed... For ranged champions but not melee After that game, she gets banned again. I get her my next couple of games and do decent but not the hard carry like the game I lost. Anyways is she so powerful that you need to pick or ban
