"Buff Cassiopeia" is just a meme right?

Nobody wants her buffed, they want her rework undone. She's totally boring right now and not even meta.

I think the general consensus is not so much as a "buff" so much as changing cassiopeia from the tactless machine gun shes become to the kiting, poison-tick mage shes supposed to be. Her thematic is completely wrong to what it's supposed to be.

i want buffed since Riot refuses to revert the rework and at her current state she is not worth playing besides loving her.

i think she should be a second mord like another apc bot lane
