New energized changes on the PBE! I love them!

Riot is making energized a thing, and making energized items modify that proc! ; +30% range to energized procs ; energized proc bounces up to five times ; energized effects are 30% stronger and slow by 40% for 1 second

This is GREAT in terms of build variety, and its going to make thunderstruck builds a lot more viable in the future! These changes are really nice, riot! Only change i think really needs to be made is for storm razors energized proc to have the same damage range as its peers, unless storm razor stacks with the others for some reason.

The storm razor one is... Do you want a link to the surrender@20 with these changes? Basically Energized is its own unique named passive, but the energized modifiers on each item are un-named unique passives. Where right now each item has its own unique energized effect that sort of stacks.

These changes mean that the items are more modular and easy to understand. It also means that in the future we might get more support for thunderstruck builds and that other effects might be transformed into energized effects. Imagine if... Lets say dusk blade was turned into an energized item; it would probably have blackout, then a unique passive that adds lethality to energized procs and rapidly charges energized stacks while out of enemy vision with a small text that turns your energized proc into physical damage.
