Why always right after a Promo-Win?

Yo man Riot, I don't understand it. I get wonderful and nice teams all the way up to my Plat 2 promos, get through them without much of a hazzle, and then you just proceed to dump the worst garbage-load of toxic shitheads and incompent failures into my team.

And obviously I lose six in a row, demote to Plat 2, and LO AND BEHOLD, I get nice teammates again - right until I get my next promo done, where THE SAME THING REPEATS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Just... what is the logic behind this? This happened a bit too often to account this to mere chance anymore. Is the system like "NOT SO FAST! YOU climbed enough for today. here have some losses set up for you." or what I don't understand it. How can people on an level higher than me suddenly play generally WORSE?!

Take an hour break between promo games. I get the most luck that way.

Yup. That happened to me this week. Finally got through promos to s4.

Proceed to get horrible teammates, some who rage quit, some intentionally fed, and/or just play horribly. Some don't listen and then some games we threw because of one bad play.

I keep losing a couple in a row, then win one, then lose more. I even lost 4 games in a row after I got promoted at 0 LP then won one, then kept losing and then got demoted back to freaking s5.

Won one game, got to 97 lp, then proceeded to lose 2 more straight and now freaking sitting at 63!

I don't get it. It's so frustrating!
