Jungle is still horrible to play. The experience changes did quite literally nothing.
I just had a game as Udyr that highlighted the entire problem with jungle.
I'm level 6 and have taken both dragon and Herald as soon as they spawned. The enemy top lane is a Cho'gath who is level 8, pushed to my Sion's turret. I gank him, my Sion misses his entire kit, and then the Cho'gath literally just turns and almost one shots me. That's it. E + Q while I'm slowed + W + R and a couple more autos for ~1000 damage.
This isn't an issue specific to Cho'gath. This is a recurring theme with any burst champion; unless the enemy team is playing incredibly badly, ganking a lane that isn't already losing is suicide 9/10 times, because you're so incredibly far behind at baseline. The time I spent taking Dragon and Herald instead of my camps put me ~2 levels behind the solo lanes.
This shit needs to be fixed. The entire role's ability to do literally anything but PvE should not be contingent on your lanes winning. You can't interact with lanes when you're as far behind as you are if you aren't just AFK farming.
