3-1 Yorick with Trinity Force + Kindle is 100 to 0'ing my 8-3 Diana in 2.5 seconds

What was your build?

I'll assume Yorick is at Level 9. He has Trinity, so +25 bonus AD. 200% base AD after each spell cast, with 2 second internal cooldown on-hit. 50% Attack Speed. No other damage items you mentioned.

That means we can estimate his AD at about 120. Base AD 95.

His autos deal 120 AD. He ults, gets 2 Ghouls and Maiden. Maiden deals 10 (+50% AD) each second, so she deals 70 AD in magic damage each second. His basic autos deal 5% max hp damage every 2 seconds.

Assume he likely maxed E (Mourning Mist). That means a minimum of 210 base magic + all the AP he doesn't have.

Empowered Q adds 55 (+40% AD).

Your resistances are 1200 hp alongside 50 base armor and 40 base magic resist.

According to your combo, he did E - Spellblade AA - AA reset Q - AA

(210 base or 15% current hp) magic damage 120 + 190 (Spellblade) 120 + 85 (Q, AA reset causes AA to happen without proccing Spellblade) 120 (normal AA)

That combo, AT MINIMUM, deals 845 damage.

Resistances scale damage multipliers down by 100/(100+resistance) [AKA, you multiply a given damage stat by this result to get the actual value of damage dealt.

I'm just going to assume you have straight damage and bought no hp, armor, or magic resistance.

With your base 50 Armor, and 40 MR, you reduce physical damage to about 66% of its original value. You then reduce magic damage taken by about 70% of its original value.

This will be easy to calculate because Yorick splits his damage nicely.

845 - 210 = 635 physical damage in combo.

635 x (2/3) = 423.333....

210 x (7/10) = 147

Add those two together, and he's dealing you a total of 570 damage.

Oh, but ghouls.

Ghouls have 1.0 AS last I checked, and at Level 9, they deal 50 (+30% AD) physical damage on each auto.

Assuming he landed his Mist, and you were in auto range, ghouls were attacking you.

I shall assume they all attack simultaneous for the sake of neat stats.

200 (+120% AD) physical damage each second, 400 (+240% AD) in 2 seconds. Since you didn't die in 3.

Maiden deals 10 (+50%) ad magic damage each second, 20 (+100% AD) over 2 seconds. Maiden has no half-second ticks last I checked. Since the 5% max hp magic damage is calculated every 2 seconds, it only occurs once in 2.5 seconds.

So 400 (+ 288) = 688 physical damage by ghouls. 458.666666.... with resistances. Ghoul damage is assuming he has 4 ghouls out simultaneously.

Maiden at 20 + 120 = 140 magic damage, 98 with resistances.

So his minions deal 556.666666 total damage through resistances.

5% max hp against resistances will be reduced to 3.5% max hp magic damage. Your max health is about 1200 at Level 9 with no items or runes and stuff. So 42 damage.

About 1169 total damage. 570 with perfect ultimate damage allocation.

So you fought a Yorick with ALL of his damage out. He literally could not kill you without the Maiden. Not only that, but I'm assuming you had NO tankiness whatsoever. For you to die as an 8/3 Diana to a 3/1 Yorick (which mind you is obviously not doing poorly), you have to be stupid enough to fight him through his ultimate with NO resistances whatsoever.

I don't understand how you expected to kill a Yorick with Kindlegem, likely pushing him over 1700 or so HP.

You died by being stupid. Yorick could not have beaten you if you had built properly and fought him while his ult was down.

And considering his ghouls made up a HUGE portion of his damage output, if you dodged E, you also would have a better chance of winning.

You literally fucked up in every possible way.
