Need another mana tank option

say another team mate already has . And also now that frozen heart is less of a bargain buy/easily justifiable purchase. all your left with are which is situational buy and takes good sense of timing/ coordinated team to make it worth while. Then there's this which is supportish isn't for front liners. there isn't much that is purely for the player. isn't full tank part offensive part tank and it has slow which you might not need as you might have sufficient cc in your kit or on your team already.

I think a lot of the extra mana needs could be rounded out with runes and masteries. Thankfully masteries do a help with his. However the runes just aren't worth while imo. I posted this idea/suggestion for buffing mana runes the bonus mana would not be gained if you stacked a and exceeded say over 1500 mana.

This way could go 0/21/9, 21/0/9 or 16/9/5 masteries with like 6 mana glyphs. or just get 9 mana glyphs and make sure to buy mr items
