Am i the only one who thinks LoL is slowly becoming Dota2?

In dota2, the idea of balance is that if everything is op, then nothing is op in terms of balance.

According to gameplay-related complains that I see on boards,

--adc does too much damage, yet adc is too weak due to things like 4-man bot gangbangs and getting deleted too easily by assassins such as Hecarim Vi LeeSin --supports lack an incentive to play due to being too unimpactful, but at same time item 3107 and damage/heal/shield supports are too frustratingly too overpowered --mage items should be buffed so that mages can actually do damage, but Annie and Syndra are still ridiculously op assassins

This so far shows how some roles and/or champs are overpowered but at same time not overpowered as of now. In addition, rather than referring to overloaded champions as overloaded, riot refers to not-overloaded champions as "outdated" for most part. Imagine the day when all "outdated" champions become reworked sometime in the future. It seems to me that at some point everything will be op and not op simultaneously, just like dota2.

Additionally, even the mastery system had become more overloaded in terms of gamplay since season 6 due to keystones. If rito were to balance everything while keeping it at a very impactful level, it would be pretty much impossible with straight forward kits.

I've played almost 1500 hours of Dota and it's definitely not like league. And everything being op and not being op sounds like an ideal state of any game.
