same as furor, only you get +ms buff whenever you get hit
perhaps a bit more ms than furor

Lumus Avatar1 votesthey un-nerfed Randuin's. It's back up to 15% AS slow from the 10% they nerfed it to. I think it used to be 20% but I don't remember.
RelentlessGrit1 votesThey removed the ms debuff it gave to attackers. Randuin's used to lower attack AND movement speed of any attackers. This made it risky for high damage ADC's and kiters to CONTINUE to poke that front line. Without this MS debuff and this proposed enchantment, ADC's and kiter's could easily and extremely safely poke a team to death with no worries of getting caught out of position.
Lumus Avatar1 votesthey're changing up items again this preseason which will likely shift the metagame around. it will be interesting to see what the result is. They are really pushing this focus on consumables for reactive gameplay now.
