It's kind of sad to see the state he is in now. Hes practically Ezreal. I remember when he used to be the strong pick,getting nerfed for months in a row,and when I think about it... He was exactly what Jinx is now. A late game hype rcarry who excels in the early game. Shes seen in almost every game. I'd even go as far to call them lane bullies. Jinx does it far easier though. So why was lucian gutted this hard when jinx gets buffed?

Erockandroll1 votesTo me, Lucian seems to have a versatile kit. Because he remained strong after a number of meta shifts. (cause he apparently worked with multiple builds that spiked at different points.) And riot never figured out how they wanted him to scale.
I would wait until the pre season though, He looks as if he can be a powerful AD Caster thanks to the new ER.
