Just curious cause some like Caitlyn, Vayne, Draven and Kalista seem to domniate against every other marksman. I'm a Jinx main and have mixed feelings about whether she needs a buff cause against the champs I mentioned above, she usually isn't that great, however I still often find myself getting fed and becoming a little monster in many games. So does Jinx or any other marksmen need some buffs?

Eternal7911 votesWell, Vayne I don't have as much of a problem with but she does do a crap ton of damage and Kalista has some pretty absurd damage while also being capable of dashing around constantly, therefore being really hard to hit with skill shots. Overall though she's not as bad as Draven and Cait but she's still pretty terrible to have to fight.

Eternal7911 votesI actually haven't played enough since all the Lucian complaints sprouted up so I haven't really experienced any issues with him yet. In the past, he's been fairly easy for me to deal with.

OtterlyLost1 votesI hate Ezreal but I feel he does need some kind of buff. Though, his low winrate could be attributed to the fact that this is a meta that doesn't favor him; Ezreal doesn't deal well with tank metas. There's also the fact that for a long time, he had an absolutely massive pick rate. Not as big as Lucian's 50% pick rate a patch ago but decently sized. And still now, its 34%. I feel like Ezreal is the ADC that people who don't ADC pick because he's safe and honestly pretty easy.
So I'm not sure if he does or not, in retrospection.
I would like buffs to Tristana; she's pretty consistently up and down with I believe the lowest play rate of any ADC. She extremely reliant on items; the only times she's ever strong is when there are items that favor her. The last big burst of really strong Tristana I can remember was early season 6 when Rageblade was just way overtuned and even then, I hesitate to say she was stellar. Before that, she was strong in Season 5 after her rework but a nerf at the end of that season I feel has made her clunkier. :/ Also, with Kindred getting basically Tristana's passive added onto her kit, I'm finding that there's very little reason to ever pick my favorite Bandle Gunner... Why pick Tristana when Kindred can do the same thing with more mobility and, honestly, safety. Kindred is basically completely overtaking what used to be Tristana's niche; mobile, ultra long range and safe hyper carry with self peel. Now Kindred will be a mobile, ultra long range and safe hyper carry with self peel. :/ Which, as a Tristana main, severely pisses me off.
So with Tristana losing her niche, I would really like to see some looking done on her.
Editting to respond to this: she is fairly weak and it is arguably both a meta issue and a champion issue. Tristana is just clunky in general but then Cait, Lucian, and Draven(all ADCs who counter her) have been strong too. Not to mention Kalista becoming viable once more as well; Kalista can dumpster tristana.
Vayne has a low win rate at the moment as well but I honestly wouldn't want to see buffs to her. :/ She's a fairly popular ADC, even when she's got a low win rate, and when they do buff her they always manage to over do it. And I think her win rate is low due to Draven being exceptionally strong; he can easily handle Vayne in lane and put her six feet under.

Hige1 votesI honestly think the ADC roster is pretty balanced, there are outliers indeed like the ones you mentioned but it's not like they are autowins , the marksman role is pretty skill reliant either way
As for who needs buffs uhm... I think only Jinx? and not too big of a buff either, maybe a way to reset Zap?

I disagree. Jinx doesn't need a buff. She's fine where she is and certainly doesn't need anymore resets added to her kit.

My friend says she's in need of buffs but I'm not sure I agree, cause she seems to feel fine most of the time... though as broken as it was, I wish I could've tried the W crit they were testing on the PBE a while ago.

Her passive is a reset; she gets MS and AS on kills or assists and its reset by achieving more. That is a reset. IDK what champ your playing or what's going on with your game that you don't get that when you play Jinx.
As for needing buffs, no. She does not. She's fine. She was weak for a time but that was when all crit based ADs were weak and there were certain ADs that were weaker than her at that time.

Hige1 votesI think jinx doesn't need buffs either but since she seems to be the weakest adc so far that's why I chose her... "weakest" as in everyone else is ahead but she's by no means weak
