She is a full on caster and yet EVERYONE builds 
as first item because for some reason her spells are counted as single target even though they are not.
You removed Spellvamp from healing Spellcasters because it didnt fit your "vision" and left it for a few champs (mixed damage and melee) but let LeB have it?
Plz fix her spells for this item.
