Essence Reaver and Hextexh GLP?

Riot, are you going to revisit these two reworked items any time in the near or distant future? Both of these items are so niche or borderline unusable in 95% of the games because they have poor functionality or suffer from just being a terrible choice outright. GLP was majorly nerfed at the start of the season and I honestly can't say I have seen anyone build or use it since then. It used to be core on champions like Victor or Aurelion Sol until the health was removed. Now there are simply better options like Ludens or Archangels Staff since the health at this juncture is much more critical from RoA.

Essence Reaver suffers from a similar problem, as it no longer synergizes with AD casters and is now a slave to auto-based champions who care less for mana in most situations over straight damage, which ER simply doesn't offer.

Thoughts?

EDIT: I realized I fat fingered the title. Phone keyboards are the bane of my existence.
