That in no way invalidates his statement. No matter how no-skill the champ is he might be playing.

In fact, one can even argue that with the needed assessment of risk/reward, that Kled needs to know exactly how and when to go ham takes skill and experience.

I say experience on the champ. Which although he is fun I don't like his kit enough to play him often. I just love the voice lines.

At least kled gives his opponents a chance to play around him. With vayne, you get kited to death if you are an immobile melee champion.
