Can we please nerf Udyr?

I think we've put up with him for long enough. Yes the new jungle item probably pushed him over the edge, but his sated devourer build has a 56% win rate, which is the same build he's been using for ages. How are you supposed to deal with him? Like Tryn, he can split push for days thanks to his attack speed steroid. And very few champions are actually fast enough to catch him. And if you do catch him, he's got a shield, lifesteal, a stun, and can ignore unit collision. And Udyr is a very strong duelist thanks to his multiple forms, so very few champs can actually 1 v 1 him. Clearly I'm a noob, so please tell me with your infinite wisdom, how the hell are you supposed to deal with Udyr?
