Who will take the biggest jumps up/down entering preseason

I feel like tanks will be taking the biggest jump overall (out of top lane of course). For who will take the the biggest hits as a general group will be the bruiser/fighter champs, especially the ones who were already not in the best of spots or just barely making it out of mediocrity. And of course there is the special mention of the infamously complained out assassins over the past few days of taking big hits.
