Is Karthus so underplayed that people have no idea how he works?

Literally 2 games in a row people fucking stay in Karthus passive taking free damage and complaining about Karthus being op.

Like WTF? you can literally walk away and he cant do shit. Is he that underplay to the point where people just don't know what the champion does?

And his ult does not necessarily need to be used just as an execute like 99% of players do. It can also be used as a means of allowing your team to have an edge during teamfights/skirmishes because enemies will have lower HP. It can be used to bait spellshields (so that the Sejuani/Malphite/Nautilus on your team can CC them freely). If you have Rylai, it can even be used to slow an enemy that is far away and your team is chasing him.

I know :P I play Karthus, I just want people to realize that where he dies is a very big thing, because he is insanely disruptive when he dies in a favourable spot.

People have this notion that champs that arent played, can't be strong. People make it with all low win-rate/play-rate champs. So it blows their mind when something like Pre-rework Morde beat them in lane and did a million damage because hes never played so I should automatically destroy him all the time.

I've busted out the Karthus recently. People do forget what champs do.
