Queens tribute needs to be its own item (or just replace Phase Rush with it)

It absolutely slays me that this passive is going to go under next patch

That passive is so beneficial for champions who are immobile and need to poke, there were quite a number of Midlaners who enjoyed building FQC before this stupid "everyone buys a gold support item" meta, because for so many squishy mages and poke supports without escapes it is an amazing passive that saves your life

Please do not throw the "gain movement speed upon hitting a champion with a spell" in the trashcan, either give it a AP item to be attached to or replace Phase Rush for it, the lack of foresight that is going to throw more champions who are not even performing that well under the bus for removing this passive from the game entirely really pisses me off, even moreso when you look at the reason why it's being removed - because other classes are abusing these items JUST for the gold gain
