Riot must change their balance mentality

The thing is, there philosophy is that they should balance champs around how they perform at near optimal proficiency. Pro's practice and practice to do play champs at this level, so although it is not always going to translate to the laymen at lower ranks, the changes do decently. If they did it the other way around, some champs could destroy all who dared be in their path, and that would make for even more repetitive champ choices.(Not to mention some champs do better at different levels, like how Kalista is crap Bronze/Silver, unless you are in a pre made, and is top tier in Plat+. And balancing a champ around that would be a nightmare)

Yep but they make more money from the LCS until we stop watching so they wont change
