[Gameplay] - Bug - Kassadin + Turrets

So let me start off by saying i'm not sure if this is actually a bug or not, but it is something i noticed a long time ago.

When attacking a turret as Kassadin, the passive bonus magic damage on his auto attacks from his W procs on the turret, but, activating his W for the bonus damage does not deal the extra damage to the turret, and also causes Kassadin to remain in that state waiting to deal his bonus damage from the active, but not dealing the extra passive damage from W. (So in effect, if i wanted to deal the most damage to the turret, i would have to NOT activate W)

Compared to champions like Garen and Darius who can activate either Garen's Q or darius's W to deal the bonus damage on their next attack to the turret, this wonky relationship between Kassadin and turrets seems unclear at best.

Let me also add that i love Kassadin <3 and i am very happy to see him get a new skin and slight buff this patch [5.21] since he was nerfed into oblivion seasons ago.

I do experience this issue every Kassadin game.

Though I'm pretty sure the active is not supposed to proc on structures, so I guess this is fine. BUT nevertheless, the passive does not proc anymore after using the W on a structure (i.e. for an aa-reset), which is a bug, forcing you to wait for a minion or until the active runs out to get the passive's magic damage back. This happens on turrets and inhibitors for sure, and most likely also on the nexus. I would be glad if this could be fixed :)
