I'm 100% down for this.

just have steraks grant bonus AD equal to 50% of a champion's base AD.

Of course, that could raise some concerns like assassins potentially "abusing" steraks, to which my reply is that assassins tend to have lower base ADs than juggernauts (the class which steraks was MADE for) and tend to not build enough HP to make use of the bonus HP scaling shield it provides. In any case, assassins won't be abusing steraks any harder than they abuse black cleaver.

Me personally? I think steraks was meant for juggernauts, and while some juggernaut's use tri force, the majority use cleaver.

Steraks synergizing with tri force too well has turned it into a generic bruiser item favoring tri force users who are predominantly not juggernauts.

Plenty of people have good reason to buy Tri force, but It would seem most purchases of Steraks are just by people who want to further empower their Tri, and that Steraks on its own isnt looked at as the best option alone.

I can only speak for my main, darius, who is encouraged 100% to buy steraks by itself for everything it offers except for the fact that it gives base AD instead of bonus AD.

Udyr can probably take it with tri force for a more bursty build, but a change like this would probably open up a more DOT heavy cleaver steraks + one AS item of choice build for him.

Just some random stuff I'm thinking about really.
