How has it taken this long for people to realize how broken exhaust is?

Literally I have stressed it for a long time that exhaust is overloaded. It shreds armor and MR making you weaker while running. If you stand to fight you lose 40% of your damage on spells. You lose 40% of your damage on AAs + 30% slower AS. Meaning you lose 30% of your damage then 40% of that so fuck ADCs. And to top all that off you are slowed by 30% .

It needs to lose the AS debuff. No matter who has exhaust on them 40% of your damage is a lot to lose. With AS debuff an ADC loses 58% of their damage. If you are a melee diver or hyper carry with AS the same applies except to who only takes the 40% damage reduction and even then he has true damage. When most burst happens in about 1-2s you can see the problem with exhaust when it is used offensively.

So there are IMO 2 ways to fix it

A) 10 armor and MR debuff gets thrown out B) 30% AS slow gets removed

Unless we finally want to buff to make it an actual anti burst summoner.
