ArfBarkBoof1 votesIt's because the live balance team comes off as incompetent by allowing Dark Harvest to be in the state that it's in. It's like the old Thunderlord's Decree/Electrocute where high base damage and burst out-does any sort of plays you want to make in lane. You would think that the game would be more about tactical plays and not DeathBall 2k18
