From 25 armor to 60 armor upon completion. why not have 2 more 
in a new middle path similar to the way the hydra item is?
Suggestion edit: Maybe raising the price to 3000-3100 and make the armor bonus 70 with 
to a middle build path.

Rand0mH3r0X1 votesThat would leave out the spike in power increase for waiting to fully purchase the item. I'd imagine that this would be an avenue open for Riot to nerf Ice Gauntlet into the ground, but I would most definitely not prefer it.

Rand0mH3r0X1 votesI wouldn't want the build path to be accessible with lower level items. Making tank and fighter supplies expensive compounds how hard to gain gold in the first place.
