if you deal damage as melee it should bring you down to 45ms and to 25ms if you receive damage.
so say I'm talon and w someone at a distance instead of having 25 ms, id have 45. Puts me at an equal _footing _ against anyone with 45ms.

this way boots won't be op in terms of its homeguard benefits. but still retain its assassin potential.

They're more for split pushing/roaming/map control/junglers who want to gank faster.

Lots of choices for in combat ms. Mobis aren't meant for that.
If they really want to buff them they could make in combat with minions/monsters not count, or not count for 'in combat' for as long. (Need to be out of combat for 5 seconds to gain 105 ms, if only in combat with minion/monsters- only need 3 seconds to be 'out of combat.')
LilxPaprika1 votesvery little of what i'm suggesting changes their in combat stats. your not very much in combat if no one touched you. the way I see it thats like getting a swish in basketball. you managed to hit the enemy without them returning fire.
ya your suggestion about combat with monsters/creep did cross my mind also. wouldn't mind testing it either, mobis have been largely untouched for long time and don't see much use now. usually when things arent broken dont fix it. but i think they are deprecated from when they were first created the state of league has changed considerably since.
