Invasion: Onslaught -- premade of five missions

I know this was explained before but I didn't understand zip of it. The reason why I didn't understood it was because: while the mission description seemed very explanatory, basically saying "you need a premade of 5 to do this mission" -- A Riot commented how you could get it without a premade, which confused me ._.

"Win a game of Invasion: Onslaught as a premade group of five WITHOUT: ..." but the Rioter talked about how you could get it without a premade team? A few days ago when it was explained I was focused on getting rank A mission... :P

So if you could point it to me please :l

-> Win a game of Invasion: Onslaught as a premade group of five WITHOUT: Jinx, Ezreal or Miss Fortune

So, can you do these "premade of five" mission without a premade?

(And while we're at it, in that mission above, is it NO marksman -- or is it -- NO Jinx OR Ezreal OR Miss Fortune?)

Ok, here:

TL;DR: You can earn either of the Star Guardian rewards as a solo player, no premades required. If you want to collect 'both', you'll also need to complete the premade missions.

what the hell does that mean, what "both" rewards? The only reward I see and want rn is the one it says "Starlight Token"
