So the Q speed increase and range is bad? I guess someone hasnt landed a skill-shot or ever learned to farm with Q as Veigar, because once you do, you will do so much better. :D btw new ryze is new, give it time and it will become something viable.

its takes more focus and as some one who still has a shit 140 ping hes unplayable with out getting ruined

So, instead of a realistic retort you blame skill, alright. I get that in a skill based game where thousands of outcomes to many fights that happen on a large map is totally non reliant on skill and that the champ that requires skill is completely unneeded and bad. Alright okay, so im guessing you are "I PRESS BUTTON AND IT SHOULD HIT THEM" kind of guy, well go back to playing Katarna, or Sona, mashing keys and doing nothing skilled is how this game should be played.

And 140 ping, that is a argument, but doesn't that make anyone with a skill shot hard to play or unplayable as you say? Ahri is skillshot reliant, is she bad?

Never blame the champion, any champion has potential and will do well in the hands of the right summoner.

ahri is good but only when fed..... Anivia Malzahar Annie Ezreal these alone can ruin an ahri fairly easily shes weak as hell since all her damage comes from her q

im very okay with the q that thing that made veigar good wasnt his q though it was his box e that stunned and is now pointless becuase of the delay its retardedly easy to react too.

yes yes i do like the new q its not the q rather i couldn't be happier with the new q. its the e that bothers me becuase of how worthless it is. even if you trap them your never gonna stun any decent player

I love how you brought up the Ahri bit, i was using her as an example of a skill shot reliant champ. I could of easily said Ezreal or another champ, i was not asking you for a "Why she is bad" or "THESE PEOPLE SHUT HER DOWN, ONLY GOOD WHEN FED". It called skillshot for a reason, it takes time and practice to hit the SKILLshot.

And as for Veigar, his E can be used to move the enemy champ if they want to or not, they will move unless they wish to be stunned. This used with decent prediction can be a excellent way to land your W or Q, and ultimately land the nuke R. You keep trying to play reworked champs how they were, they were reworked, so you need to work to get a bit better and understand them.

and this is where the 140 current lagged as hell ping comes in its why he went from playable to unplayable.

im not bull shitting you. i played against a 30 ping lee when i was at 120 around the 5v5 map change. legit impossible for me to react was so obvious that his connection was better

they like to cry report this report that toxic this toxi that nerf this nerf that....

it all comes back to riot as the common factor. -_- if they actually cared the first thing theyd do is make sure they got a stable connection across the broad.

they would follow it up with a corrected report function the current one is trash at best its only gonna make things worse ranked is nearly unplayable when you get reported for splitting and going for a free advantage - its has and does happen. same for saying gg as the wining team.-

these two things which they do have the information to correct. would make the game so much better. -_- calm your lava tits your still to focused on "unplayable" and not focused enough on the why "140 current lagged as hell ping"

The ping is all your fault, you cant go around complaining. That is not even in the argument. I play happily with 60 FPS locked and 50-60 Ping. If you are gonna complain about connection couldn't you say any champ is shit because your internet is shit? Get better internet, or contact Riot and complain about connection not a champ. LOL

New Ryze is extremely powerful. Even more so than Old Ryze, I'd say. The difference is that he now has (healthier?) pattern of gameplay that lets him be toned up/down in various ways as opposed to just number changes. He has windows of powers that are easy to reach and notice, but are extremely valuable to him. Granted, it took me a while to get used to him, as I kept expecting my spells to be off their CD much faster, not fully being used to the CD reduction applying only to the short few seconds his passive is active.

ryze is a bit annoying to me now he doesn't scale of mana to well now and then there the cd stuff. i hope it ends up a 3 sec cd q at max level cause he is dead if he has to wait 6 seconds jsut to q which is basically all his damage

havent touched him in a while though so idk how bad it is yet
