Which champion would be the most broken if every ability costs 0 mana?

Jayce, literally his mana costs are the only thing that even lets you stand a chance vs him in the early game.

I would be all over top lane with Taric if this were a thing. He can out trade almost anyone as long as he has mana and then heal it right back up in about 5 seconds.

Literally nothing would hold him back. He would be a terror to fight in melee.

Pantheon. His only counter play during laning is have your health outlast his q poke mana.

Oh wait he has no mana, that's why he's already broken.

Ziggs, that fucking Q spam. Not to mention he's even got selfpeel and traps to make it even harder to fuck him up.

Mana hungry due to the nature of most of the nerfs directed at him - now has to run a double tear - but once over that hump, he's a terror.
