It's hard to tell people who aren't aware of their toxicity why they are wrong and have to follow the rules. I still try to reason people that negativity is never the solution and yet I can't find the right word to convince people to reform. You, you just got it.

I'll definitely give this one an upvote. It's not always easy to stay polite when multiple people try to jump on you, and get really nasty, but Chermorg does a very good job of playing it cool, and keeping it professional, while focusing on the bottom line of helping Riot help it's players. And I completely respect that.

Although he has said some things i disagree with, overall he does pretty good overall job.
