Honestly im getting tired of Sion support into Kalista because "They don't have any supports"

EDIT: Following up on what Cindikle said,when champion mastery is released,make a required exp with a certain champion for entry to ranked. only problem foreseeable is that the exp might not count for games from when the mastery isn't released,so you might have to play your main in normals a bit.

Seems reasonable. Sion support isn't bad though, definitely wouldn't pick it into Kalista though.

The reason you require 16 champs is because there are 6 bans and 9 possible picks before yours. Therefore, 16 champs are necessary to ensure you have something to play.

Its not intended as a viability concern, but a baseline minimum.

true but consider someone is new to the game and played only melee champions.bought 16 melee champions and when he ranks up,he has to adc as darius. it happens.

I've had a wukong adc, teemo support bot lane that carried before in gold 1. Don't tell me darius cant work.

Plus the "all of 450 champs requirement" is stupid because : 1)Sets you back on your runes 2)Sets u back on better champions. Admit it, all 450 champs suck except kayle. 3)Serves no purpose, and it just seems like u threw it in there so people waste IP... What exactly was the purpose of doing that rule?

I'm hoping when Champion Mastery is ready, they eventually add that in as a thing for ranked so that people can't play champs in ranked unless they have a certain mastery level.

I think once the Champion Mastery system comes out they should add that in. Requiring you to have at least 16 champions with the lowest rank to enter ranked.

Champions below this rank cannot be played in ranked. (This would greatly help stop new champions from being learned in ranked.)

Number one seems unreasonable, seeing as how multiple classes can perform in different lanes (mages top/mid/support, tanks top/jungle/support etc.) why should I be forced to buy two fighters or assassins that I will never use just to play ranked when I can get by with tanks and mages?
