Does Unsealed Spellbook really need a rework at this point?

For a while now Riot's been talking about wanting to rework or update Unsealed Spellbook to make it better. 2 weeks ago I would have agreed with them, but now? Unsealed Spellbook is actually a pretty good option for a plethora of champions and it opens up a lot of unique playstyles. Personally I feel like they shouldn't be working on reworking spellbook anymore and instead should focus on other problems with runes. For example:

Phase Rush is one of the worst runes in the game and the few champions that take it are either just taking something else or feel really bad to play.

Lethal Tempo and PTA both occupy the same niche of enhancing auto-attackers so I don't really see a world where they can coexist and have both be a good options

The last 3 runes on Precision are really binary picks. Coup is the best choice 99% of the time and the only champions who don't take it are ones who synergize with being at low hp like that like to take last stand. These runes are honestly really boring too since they are all just raw damage buffs which you don't really need to play around outside of maaaybe last stand?

Glacial Augment is not the best choice rn. I can't really think of a champion who takes this rune and does really well with it. I think it may just be undertuned but if this rune gets too strong I can see it being incredibly toxic, especially in toplane.

Klepto is too good and lets late game scalers get their late game power too early.

Aery and Comet are both really similar and end up occupying basically the same niche (and comet is pretty op). Personally I would love to see Aery reworked into a rune that's better for supports and then make a new rune designed for sustained damage champions or battlemages.

Melee bruisers don't have a good keystone, you already know this though.

I could probably list some more but riot already knows about a lot of these problems and are going to fix them. I just feel like a lot of runes deserve more attention than unsealed spellbook atm seeing as how its actually become a pretty good pick. Maybe it's become too strong but I can't really judge that right now.
