You can just delete him, GP is just a better version of him but instead of just being a lanebully, he scales and can use Klepto to never run out of mana to Q you with in lane.

Using this logic the changes affected nothing and he was already a better pantheon.
I mean, it's not like the Q does more damage. Or that he has a bullshit stun. Or a bullshit passive...
GP's Q also draws agro, just like Pantheon's...
You do realize these champs are very different from each other right? Pantheon screws everyone top lane with simple poke, jumping all in and trying so hard to stomp the entire game before late game, while GP farms for years,(pokes once in a while) and plays around his barrels like a retard, dealing aoe crit late game damage. the only similarity is that both have braindead point and cilck damage, and both can easily support other lanes (roam and both lane kill steal)
