The jungle item change is going to gut Udyr

Was any thought put into how this is going to affect junglers who are reliant on spamming abilities early? Udyr already goes OOM fast during his normal clear, with the current mana regen on machete.

Udyr has always been like that, even with all of the Jungle Item variations that have gone through, it's why he's not that popular.

they give you Hunter's Talisman for increased mana regen. might actually help his early game if you buy that first, then machete
