Singed/Cass Botlane?

I'd like to see if Cass/Singed bot is viable. If anyone has tried it, let me know. If anyone wants to try it out, let me know.

Cass/Teemo bot lane is absolutely viable and completely dominating material. Idk, Singed doesn't have a secured kill potential imo.

Singed is so weak against ranged, botlane isn't a good place for him. Trust me, Ive done it.
