Is pantheon broken right now?
Ok before you go and down-vote for the title alone please consider this.(sorry I don't have evidence, but I'll try to get some next time). Ok so pantheon had

for an early build. I looked over at his AD and it was 185. The problem here is that he threw his q at me which did 650 DMG. That's more than 3 times his AD. I just want to know how riot thought it acceptable for pantheon to do more than 3 times his ad on his q. That's more than an adc can crit with 
.
The only other thing I can think of is it being an execute ability? That's still pretty damn strong to kill a half health champ with.
You'll see a lot of my posts being about balance because I love this game and have stuck with it since season 3 with the exception of mission half of season 4 and 5 because I was serving an LDS mission. I don't consider myself perfect and I don't judge others or try not to anyway because if you're Christian you know we're just trying to be good people, but we're our own worst enemies at times.
Anyway moving on. can someone explain to me how pantheon with that build and 185 AD was able to crit me for 650 ad? It did show the crit animation.
