why did they bring back excutioner

from my understanding they removed it because it was gimped, either to strong or to weak and just flat out denied champions whose kit revolves around healing. atleast morm applied grievous wound when using a ability on a champion with 40% or less health, this thing will be procing grevious wound for 2 seconds (if im right) for every basic. stuffing it on to last whisper is going to make mortal reminder run rampant, will their even be a reason to pick Volibear DrMundo Garen Sona Soraka especially Vladimir Aatrox next season when this item rolls around and just mcfks those champion, its not going to be some niche item here, its a last whispers, its practically going to be built on almost every adc all the time just like it is now.

For it to work. Executioners calling needs to be both Slot, and gold efficient. Otherwise, People would continue to feel like it's a waist of an item slot.

But at the same time. They shouldn't make it a core item. The ADC should need to significantly give something up to purchase it. (perhaps trade raw dps or dueling power.)

One of my theory's is that Riot is putting Grievous wounds back into the game to give themselves wiggle room to actually buff Sustain. (cause Sustain can now be balance around the presence of GV rather than it's absence)

Well, basically, Soraka healing the entire enemy team for more damage than your team can focus onto a single target IS NOT FUN.

Because it was highly requested. Well more specifically, an AD item that gives Grievous Wounds was requested. What wasn't requested was an item that made you ignore armor/do more % damage to someone tanker thank you while reducing the healing they receive.
