Why does magical footware get sooner with takedowns?
The trade of is clear: no boots until 10 min -> free boots(faster aswel) at 10 min
This 30 sec earlier with takedown isnt needed, not logical and only enhances snowballing.

I'd imagine anyone that's stacking kills that quickly would be focused. Hard to run when your boots are still disabled for 10 minutes.
Probably to give people a sense of reward for doing well and killing people in their lane, but I think I would prefer it to be at a static 7 min or so instead.
