Is Zed going to be as bad as people predict him to be?

There are lots of changes that benefit Zed on this new patch, namely the nerfs to mana regeneration, as well as QSS not removing his ult anymore. There is also something that everyone is forgetting: Black Cleaver is now cheaper, at the cost of losing only a very small amount of AD. This will benefit Zed a lot by allowing him to reach 40% CDR a lot easier.

Now let me start with this: Even with all those possible buffs, we can't be sure that Zed will actually be as strong as people think. Why? Well... Remember, before the pre-season came, that people predicted that would be weak with all the changes? Well, it actually turned out that he was so broken that he had to be nerfed two times and he is still strong nowadays even though he is considered to be balanced.

Also, it is important to remember that has been made cheaper; mages will now have an easier time rushing it, despite the fact that the active has been nerfed.

Thus, let's wait until the new patch actually comes to see if Zed will actually be broken.
