Enchanters should be more ally agnostic.

Right now all enchanters do is only use their buffs and item actives on their adc. Also, actives got removed, which are actives that benefit the whole team, as they help melees close the gap and it helps ranged champions kite. If supports can buff other champions as well as hey can buff adcs, this can open ways for non marksman bot lanes, and even whole team comps without a marksman. Here are some potential changes to champions that will make them more ally agnostic. AP champions do not benefit as much as AD champions from a janna support E: Shield now either gives (10/15/20/25/30+0.1AP) attack damage or (16/24/32/40/48+0.16AP) ability power adaptive With this, janna is now capable of buffing ap champions E: This can now apply to single target spells Passive: single target spells also apply pix damage W: Now gives 15%/18%/21%/24%/27% attack speed, 30% (+5% per 100 AP) move speed, and adaptive force (7/9/11/13/15 AD or 11.2/14.4/17.6/20.8/24 AP) Q: Aura buff now also applies to single target spells
