So I bought/earned the fancy skin boarder for this event for my project skins

I'm curious, if I decide to buy the jhin skin in the future, will it still retain the boarder? or is it only for skins purchased during this even? also will it unlock if I go and buy jhins skin right now?

You have the border for the 3 HUNT skins (Vayne, Vi, and Jhin) permanently. If you don't own one (or any) of the skins currently, if you buy it say, a year later, you will automatically have the border.
